The Worldwide Airline Customer Relations Association is proud to announce our 53rd annual conference,  Fire and Ice: Energizing the Customer Experience, which will take place in spectacular Iceland, 11 to 14 September, at the Hilton Reykjavik Nordica hotel.

Business Sponsorships

Sponsoring our conference provides incomparable access to decision makers from dozens of the world’s premier airlines.

The sponsorship fee is $1,750 USD, and $250 USD for each additional representative from your company.  This fee includes:

• A quarter-page advertisement in the 2011 Reykjavik conference booklet
• Vendor display space in a trafficked area and with internet access
• A list of 2011 delegates and their email addresses, as well as a list of attendees of the 2010 Abu Dhabi conference
• A banner advertisement posted on the revamped WACRA website, hyperlinked to your company’s website, for one year
• A copy of the general sessions workbook
• Breakfast and lunches during the conference
• Attendance at the gala dinner event

Again, sponsorship offers you an excellent forum to showcase your company’s products and services to an exclusive audience of customer relations professionals from around the globe.

Associate Memberships

We also offer Associate Memberships for $1,000 USD.  This attractive option offers:

• A list of 2011 delegates and their email addresses, as well as a list of attendees of the 2010 Abu Dhabi conference
• A banner advertisement posted on the revamped WACRA website, hyperlinked to your company’s website, for one year
• The abililty to send newsletters and emails to our entire membership database through our website
• You may also register to attend the conference at the normal delegate rates of $695, $595 for the second, and $495 for each additional delegate
