This year's annual conference is our most exciting one ever. WACRA is teaming up with APEX (the Airline Passenger Experience Association) and IFSA (International Flight Services Association).

This year's attendance fee is a low $595 USD per person. Tickets will be on sale later this week.
Our event will continue to be an intimate one allowing you to network with key industry colleagues.
As an added bonus participants will gain access without any additional charge to attend the APEX EXPO keynote sessions on Monday, September 24. You will have the opportunity to listen to keynote speakers that include the CEO's of American Airlines, Aeromexico, LATAM, Air Canada and Aerlingus. You may also attend APEX's awards dinner that evening hosted by The Points Guy, Brian Kelly.
As the event will be at a Convention Center rather than a hotel we suggest you start looking at suitable hotel options now as part of your planning. Boston will be busy so don’t leave it too late to secure something.
