What to do before and after the Conference?

Bangkok Airways would like to cordially invite delegates attending the 2015 WACRA Conference to experience the award-winning boutique service with an exclusive AD90N1 offer on any flight throughout our network (NB: taxes and surcharges are the responsibility of the passenger).

We currently operate scheduled flights to more than 20 locations that include convenient access to Thailand’s prime resort destinations. Air Transportation Support Details

1. This offer is exclusively for delegates already registered for the 2015 WACRA Conference; delegate spouses and children are also welcomed.

2. Any taxes and surcharges are the responsibility of the passenger

3. Tickets issued are in Economy class; bookings must be made under the Booking Class ‘S’ and seating is subject to availability

4. This offer is valid for travel between 27 September and 17 October 2015

5. To make a reservation, kindly send the desired flight and date of travel, together with the passenger’s name (as shown in passport) to Customer Relations (customer_relations@bangkokair.com) at least 15 days prior to the stated date of departure

6. Once the reservation is confirmed, passengers can make a credit card payment for the applicable taxes and surcharges via the Bangkok Airways Reservation Centre on +66 2270 6699 or reservation@bangkokair.com

7. Any refunds will incur an administrative fee of THB 1,000/ ticket (Domestic), THB2,000/ticket (International)

8. Rerouting or using the ticket out-of-sequence is not permitted
